    stunning views
    friendly staff
    missing amenities
    dining disappointment
    maintenance issues

Great location in the heart of the historic area, making it easy to explore local attractions. The modern room featured stunning views, although it lacked a minibar and some basic amenities like coffee-making facilities. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing with dry lamb kebab and scarce veggie sides. The staff were friendly but couldn’t address several maintenance issues, like malfunctioning bedside lights.

Positive, The views from my balcony were breathtaking, overlooking the gorge. The breakfast selection was impressive, with delicious fruits and pastries. I loved that the shower had two units for extra convenience. Plus, it was just a short walk to all the main sites.

Staying here was fantastic for exploring Cuenca's rich history. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, overlooking the natural gorge and the monastery. I loved the spacious bathroom and the unique feature of having two shower heads. The breakfast had a wide selection, which was a great way to start the day. Just a short walk to all the main attractions like the Hanging Houses and Cuenca Cathedral made it super convenient.

    Couple enjoying a charming stay

The views from our room were stunning! We could see the Hanging Houses and it felt surreal every time we looked out. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed during our stay.

It wasn't inexpensive, but overall it was acceptable for the experience we had.

    stunning view

It was just a fitting option for a two-day stay in Cuenca (Castilla-La Mancha) with good value. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning and made our evenings special. Make sure to ask for a room with a view to enjoy the spectacular scenery.

    Charming Stay with Stunning Views

A wonderful experience overall! The friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Raff San Pedro restaurant, which is highly recommended. Be sure to request a room with a view for an unbeatable experience overlooking the gorge!
